This API 608 full bore ball valve is sized ¾” with 3000PSI pressure rating. Forged ASTM A105 steel forms the valve body and bonnet. It features a TCC-coated AISI 316L ball, TP316 stainless steel stem, and TCC-lined 316L seats, paired with nitrile graphite seals. All bolts comply with ASTM A193-B7/A194-2H. Designed with a 100mm extended stem and SCHXXS butt-weld extended nipple, manually operated by wrench. fire-safe to API 607, suitable for sand service within -29°C ~ 200°C working temperature.
