Description:
Ceramic Knife Gate Valve mainly used for ash conveying system which application there's no need zero leakage class. But if customer who request zero leakage, we can change one side seat material from ceramic to PU(Polyurethane), this PU material seat not only can make valve in zero leakage class, but also in great abrasion-resistant performance.

Body material: ASTM A216 WCB, A351 CF8 or CF8M
Disc material: SS 304 or SS 316 or 17-4Ph

Design Features:
1. Multi knife gate material is optional according to different service, mianly including carbon steel and stainless steel.
2. We can supply ceramic knife gate valve with flange, Lug and Wafer ends.
3. If zero leakage sealing is required, the ceramic seat material can be replaced by Polyurethan(PU).
4. The knife gate valves serves long time with ceramic insert material, even under harsh condition.
